If there are more than 10 days until your course is due to begin, you are able to cancel your booking yourself. Please find full details on how to do this in our How do I cancel a booked course and receive a refund solution.
Courses with 10 days or less to the start of the course may not be cancelled, as per the booking terms and conditions. Courses that have already started and have more than one session to attend, for example ERCA or ERRA courses, may not be cancelled after the first session has been attended. Please submit a help request via the Help Portal should you require further assistance with this.
