CGUs are sent to all club Chairs, Hon Secs and Treasurers regardless of opt in status. If you hold one of these roles you should be receiving it. If you are not, please make sure the following is in place:
- Log into GMS and ensure your email address is associated with one of the golden roles of Chair, Hon Sec or Treasurer.
- To opt in, select the communication tab in your profile and make sure both boxes are ticked in the opt in/out box.
If after actioning the above, you are still not receiving CGU, please submit email customermarketing@rfu.com.
