- Identified your core values and the Leadership Behaviours you are going to focus on.
- Have practiced some key leadership skills - questioning and listening.
- Identified longer term personal goals and a timeline plan to achieve them

- Explain the change process using a change model
- Create a plan to gain support for change
- Support others through a process of change
Business Planning:
By the end of this session you will…
- Understand what a business plan is and what value it can bring to your club.
- Know how to begin developing a business plan through a simple process and framework.
- Take away how you can adapt this framework to your needs and status.
Networking sessions: Learn, connect and develop ideas on key topics identified by the network members.
Online learning: Candidates on the Network will gain access to online learning modules and toolkits, including an eLearning module on the Rugby Landscape.
As part of the Network an optional webinar and virtual workshop will be offered for network members to attend the ones that will help them most including:
