Under 'People > Everyone' Grid, locate and select the two users who you wish to add a relationship to and link the accounts. Click the 'More' button in the top right hand corner, and select 'Add Relationship'.
You will need 'Permission Level 2' or above to access the 'People Tile'.
In the next page, choose the relevant relationship from the drop down box, (for example, Parent/child) and click 'Save' in the top right corner to complete the process of 'Adding a relationship'.
*Note: it is normal to have two lines for a parent who is the 'Emergency Contact' for a child, as per in this example: Jonny Wilkinson has 2 lines for Junior Wilkinson, as he is the Emergency Contact/Next of Kin.
Club admins can see relationships against the child but if you cannot view/click the parents profile as it is greyed out, then this means that the parent is not linked up to your club. See the guide on How to Add People to add them to your club or ask the parent to simply log in and add your club to their account on their dashboard. Club Admins may also come across 'Hidden Details' which indicates the user is not linked to club and will need to added via the 'How to add People' process.

- Type in the name of the parent or child using the filters and select the correct record
- Search for the other individual using the filter again and select the second record
