The below table outlines some of the 'Roles' that exist at each club in GMS. Only users with a level 2 permission or above, are able to assign or remove a Role to another individual at their club. An individual must have a Role assigned first before assigning a permission level to access the modules. (See also Assigning A Permission Level and Golden Roles Guide).
**Please note, an individual can have multiple roles within an organisation.
Roles can be added once you have located the users profile from the 'People > Everyone' Grid and then click to select the account to access and under 'Roles > Add Role'.
Under 'Roles > Add Role'; search and locate the roles available by either searching for a particular role, or choosing the magnifying glass icon to pick from the generic list available, and click on 'Save'.
Removing a Role
To remove a role, follow the steps above until you see the 'Role' listed that are assigned to the individual. From here, you will be able to remove a role by selecting the role you wish to remove and clicking on the ‘Delete’ button at the top of the screen and click 'Yes' when prompted 'Are you sure you want to delete?':
