Cannot Access The Electronic Match Card

If you are a Clubs Match Card Administrator and trying to access the EMC but are getting one of the two below error message screenshots:

Then please ensure that you have both the role of ‘Match Card Administrator’ for your club and a permission level assigned of 1, 3 or 5 as highlighted in the example below:

Contact your clubs Data officer or Honorary Secretary if you do not have these, to be assigned to you.  (See the Guides for Assigning a Role and Assigning a Permission level).



If you have the role of Match Card Administrator and a 1, 3 or 5 permission level assigned to the username that you are logging into with and are still having an issue then please raise a ticket with the GMS Service Desk.
