The user who created the club website site will automatically be assigned one of the website roles of CMS Site Editor.
However, if others need to update the site, they will need to be assigned one of these roles in GMS:
You will need Permission Level 2 or 5 to access the Finance Tile. Refer to the other guide for Assigning Permissions on the portal if you need these assigned.
CMS Site Editor
• Add/Edit/Delete content
• Edit layout content
• Edit design
CMS Site Author
• Add/Edit/Delete content
To access the website is the same credentials as GMS. Please note that the username is the unique account username that can be found on your Personal Details page in GMS, and not an email account.
