Information regarding known issues with GMS will appear in this list so users can track items that are currently being reviewed and awaiting a fix.
It may be helpful to check this list if you feel you have found an issue that needs to be logged with us. If the item does not appear, please raise the query via the 'Submit a Help Request' function. Confirmed release dates will also appear here where possible.
Current Known Issues:
- Under Team Management, clubs have had the old Girls team banding archived as per the new Girls AG Team bandings. Please see the guide 'How to Add a New Team' for adding the new Girls Teams to align for this season. - The list of Qualifications to search under People > Everyone Grid under Qualifications Awarded is being reviewed and shortened to be updated in the autumn with further communication to come out.
- Some users getting error message when resetting their password for 'Forgot Password link could be verified' where users have multiple usernames on the one account and entering the username which is currently blocked. This is being investigated.
- We are aware that the Activity box on personal dashboard is showing a number of unread emails and does not match to the number of unread/read email in Communications and this is being investigated.
- Users are unable to remove past schools - although editing schools is now available on player affiliation forms by the parents and club administrators. This is currently being reviewed.
- The 'Resend Verification' button is currently not being displayed. This is being investigated.
- Some individuals still remain displayed as 'Duplicate' Email Health Status once duplicate accounts have been merged, or if the email address has been removed from another individuals if sharing the email address. Please log a ticket with the GMS Help Desk referencing the individuals names and RFU ID's if they still display as 'Duplicate' Email Health Status once you have actioned the above for your club, and we can verify there are no other duplicate accounts for the individuals (that are not linked to your club) and the email is not under non-default email addresses for other individuals. The fix for this issue should be resolved on the next GMS Update Release.
