How do I update details against a child record that has an active affiliation?

Age Grade Registration will be referred to as ‘Player Affiliation’ in the Age Grade game from 21/22.

In order to update a child record, you will need to login to GMS as an adult linked record (i.e. Parent or Guardian). Logging in as an adult user with permission to edit your linked record's details, you will see the child's account alongside any linked records in the tab showing in the 'Family and Friends' tab on the left-hand side of the page when logging in to GMS.

To update a child record, select their record from the list referenced above and you will now be viewing their information. In order to edit their playing information, choose their green player affiliation status from the list of 'Organisations' that an active affiliation exists.

Once selected, a details panel will be presented that shows current information for that player. To edit this information, use the pencil edit icon, '+' or tick boxes appropriate to the field of information you would like to amend.

Ensure this information is saved by selecting the 'SAVE' icon in the banner at the top of the page. Once this information has been saved, the updates will be applied to the record and submitted to the club.

**Note: names and DOB are locked while they are an affiliated player, so please raise a ticket to amend these if greyed out.

If there is no organisation or no active affiliation player status then you will need to complete the 'Player Affiliation' form for your child.  Please see the guide on How to affiliate an Age Grade player if you need further assistance.
