Assign and Remove a Coach/Team Manager to a team

In order to access the 'Team Management' module for your club you will require a permission level of 1, 3 or 5.  The module can be accessed by selecting the ‘Module app’ and choosing the 'Team Management' module.  Please ensure that you are logged into the correct organisation, this can be viewed in the top left of the screen when opening the Module menu.

Please follow the below steps to assign a coach/Team Manager/First Aider etc to a team.

  • Select the 'Team Management' module once logged in
  • Select 'Teams' on the left hand side. 
  • Click on the relevant team name
  • Then click on the 'Roles' tab and 'Add'
  • Select the individual Coach/Team managers that you wish to add in the box and search
  • Finally, click on 'Save' in the top right-hand corner.

Please follow the steps below to remove/delete a coach: 

  • Select the 'Team Management' module once logged in
  • Select 'Teams' on your left
  • Click on the relevant team name
  • Then click on the 'Roles' tab
  • Select the Coaches/Team managers that you wish to remove
  • Click on the 'Remove' option from the top right-hand corner
  • Finally, click on 'Yes' in the alert banner to 'Remove Individual' and role from team.
