Under the 'Self Service Qualification' tab you have the option to add external achievements not recognised/accredited by the RFU or recognised external achievements (CPD’s). For example qualifications from other Rugby governing bodies like WRU/SRU or SARU etc, and club or work First Aid Courses attended.
**Note: These will show as Unconfirmed not Confirmed Status, as they are external achievements. Do not post RFU accredited qualifications that are missing – please see the article Missing Qualifications/Education. If still missing then raise a ticket on the portal providing your name, DOB with the missing course name and date so we can investigate and add to your profile.
Follow the steps below to add on under Self Service:
- Select 'Self Service Qualifications' tab from the profile menu
- Click on 'Self Service'
- Select the Qualification type from the drop down list
- Add 'Date Achieved' and 'Add Expiry date' if relevant plus add any 'Notes'
- 'Upload Attachments' for any copies or attachments of these qualification certificates
- Click 'Save'
