In order to access the 'Player Registration v12' module for your club you will require a permission level of 3 or 5 and relevant role. The module can be accessed by selecting the ‘Module menu’ and choosing the 'Player Registration v12' icon. Please ensure that you are logged into the correct organisation, this can be viewed in the top left of the screen when opening the 'Module menu'.
To generate 'Player Cards' follow the steps below;
- Select 'Player Registration V12' module
- Select 'Club Administration' on your left
- Select 'General Reports' on your left
- Select 'Player Registration Card' by 'club'
- Select 'Player Type' & 'Team'
- Click 'Search Individuals'
- Select 'All' from the search grid below (or choose selected players from list)
- Click 'Generate Report'
- Select the format, either Excel or PDF
- Click 'Export'
**Note for AG Registrars; all the information on the 'Player Cards' can be located under 'Teams' in the 'Team Management' module, except the players photo image. This can be exported by 'Club Admin' or 'Team Managers', provided they have the relevant permissions for their teams.
The Player Card Report can now be found under GMS in the Organisation Profile module > Reports. Note the report mirrors the one located in Prv12 but does not displays the players photo images.
