Buying Memberships or Creating an Payment Order – Club Admin

As a club administrator you can purchase a membership on behalf of the member or create an order under their account to send them a payment request email.

Providing you have the relevant role and permission level 2 or 5; locate the member’s account under People Module > Everyone Grid and click on their account which will take you into their Personal Details Summary page.  

 

Under My Actions select Buy Membership.  Scroll through the list of memberships that you want to purchase for the member and click the trolley icon to add to the basket.

You can also purchase memberships for their Friends and Family members under their relationship links at this point; to do this:

  • Selecting that individual (this will list available memberships to them)
  • Scroll to find membership and select the trolley icon to add to the basket
  • This will add that membership into the Basket.

Once all memberships are added, click View Basket to see order and to continue to make payment select Checkout.

To continue to make payment select Checkout. Or if you wish to cancel the order select Cancel

From here you can either pay the order if the member is present or you have their details by selecting Pay Now and entering payment details. 

Alternatively, you can send them a payment request email by selecting Pay Later. A message with prompt saying, “Do you want to send a payment request e-mail?” – click Yes to send. This email will consist of a payment link for them to click which will bring up the order for them to pay.
