Remove/Delete Permission Level

Only users with a level 5 permission are able to delete or remove a Permission Level from another individual at their club.  You must remove the current permission level to assign a lower or higher permission level for a user. If you remove the permission level – this does not automatically remove the roles so you may need to remove these as well.  See Assigning and removing roles guide for how to do this.

Once logged into your account and club you can remove/delete a user’s permission by two ways:

  • Locate the users account, and under Roles tab > View Permissions and click on the X icon to delete the permission level.  


  • Or go to 'Organisation Admin' Module > 'Organisation Users' tab > Search and locate the user. Select the user and click on 'Edit'. Click on the 'X' icon to delete the permission level as per the above screenshot.
