If you have the relevant permissions levels to access the Tiles and Modules in GMS, then you can simply select the user/s or data you wish to print and click on Export or Run Export which is usually an option in the top right corner.
See the below example of the two steps from the People > Everyone Tile where you first select the user/s or Select all Page/Select all for all club members and click on Export. From the listing select which fields you want to print and click on Run Export which will open in Excel.
This is automatically downloaded as an Excel version, but if you want an PDF version (or Word doc etc) then open as per normal in Excel and then change under Save As Type from Excel to PDF.
*Note any reports once you have Run Export under Organisation profile > Reports already have the option to Print/Save as PDF or Excel at the top centre banner.
Screenshot below shows the individual going to ‘everyone’ then adding a filter – they have to select role for coaches etc. to come up or they can select award qualification name to check their safeguarding training;
The second screenshot shows a filter for ‘coach’ being applied;
The final screenshot shows the user selecting the 'export' option to then download the report;
