All the RFU eLearning courses are set up to have an expiry date for eLearning module ones, so this is the date the course needs to be completed by, and not the date to complete the course on.
You should have received a course link by email to complete the e-learning module, so check your junk or spam email folders if you have not received this email. If you are not receiving these emails, then please see the other guide on the portal for not receiving emails as this could be down to your email service provider.
You can also check in your Communication History tab under your account for the past emails links if you have not received this email. Click on your Personal Profile menu > Communication History > click on the 3 little dots for ‘View’, and then click on Click here to access your course in the blue font to open your course link in a new browser as per the steps in the below example.
