You can view your current awarded qualifications in GMS under your profile for any under the ‘Qualification’ tab for courses attended since May 2021 once it has been generated on your account.
You can do this by clicking on ‘Qualifications’ tab from your Personal Profile menu in the top right hand corner next to your image icon. Under your ‘Qualifications’ page, if the certificates have been generated, click on the ‘View Certificate’ as per the example below.
This will export as a download which you can print or save in the format you wish.
Please note, this currently cannot be completed on mobiles. We are aware of this and it is currently being worked on to enable mobile to save to phone files or print etc.
For anyone looking to get a replacement First Aid certificate you would need to contact the awarding body 1st4Sport on: rugbyunioncoaching@1st4sportqualifications.com.. You will need to provide your details and the course details and date as in the following format: Emergency First Aid in Rugby Union Hackney RFC 18/01/2020 EAN 113532 **As a note, there may be a charge for this.
If it is showing as not generated then please contact Club Support by submitting a Club Support help request or if it is showing as certificate available and you cannot generate one, then please submit a GMS help request.
