Clubs do not need to register players only participating in Walking Rugby on Player Registration v12. As the role ‘Non-Registered’ Players no longer exists with the system this season, so any previously ‘non registered players’ for your club will appear in the ‘All Club Players’ list for the team.
Any previous 'Non-Registered' players that existed in your club will show in the relevant Team under ‘All Club Players’ with a red line and blank under the fields for Role and Player Category. These players under ‘All Club Players’ can be selected for you in bulk and moved/assign to the ‘Playing Squad’ with a single click for selection on Electronic Match Cards.
New players can affiliate themselves and the club can then assign them to the team. See the other portal guides for ‘Player Affiliation’ and ‘Assigning Players to Teams’ provided you have the correct permissions.

Please note, it is possible for an individual to be part of multiple playing squads, recognising the movement of players between teams.
Top Tip
If an individual player is not showing up under the Team, then under Team Management > Teams click on the far right arrow to open up the Team Details and check or edit the contact categories are blank.
The eligible players for any Team should now appear in ‘All Club Players’ under the Team to be allocated to the ‘Playing Squad’.
You can also use the ‘Add Player’ function to add players under the ‘All Club Players’ and allocate to the ‘Playing Squad’ provided they are eligible as per the gender and min/max ages.
