For all new club set up requests, we will require a formal letter (Word, PDF format etc not email) from your CB on the CB letterhead stating the new club has been approved and accepted to join the CB, stating that XXX Club RFC are now a member club.
Please raise a ticket under ‘Submit a Help Request’ on the portal and attach this letter with the address, tel number and email also listed for the new club.
