Buying an Event – As an Administrator

As a club administrator you can purchase an ‘Event’ on behalf of an individual. Select the ‘People’ module - you will need permission level 2 or above.  Select the ‘Everyone’ grid and filter the individual you are purchasing an event on behalf of and select their name to take you into their record. Then select ‘Buy Tickets’

This will show the default record as the individual you have searched for, select the trolley icon to add a ticket to the basket. You can then select others who have a relationship link with the individual and apply a ticket for them also. This will add the ticket(s) to the basket.

Once you have finished adding the tickets to your basket, select ‘View Basket’, which will bring up a small window with a summary of your order. Check the tickets and the number you have ordered are correct, then select ‘Checkout’ to proceed.

This will direct you to the ‘Order Summary’ page where you have the option to pay the order off and ‘Pay Now’ or select ‘Pay later’ to send the individual a payment request email, along with the option of payment methods.
