If you have noticed a technical issue within GMS, need to request guidance on a particular issue or would like to suggest a possible improvement, please submit a help request ticket via the link on the bottom of the Help Portal homepage. If you are experiencing a technical issue, then your query will be assigned to either the Club Support or the GMS Service Desk who will endeavour to respond as soon as possible to assist you.
Before submitting a request, you can help us to help you by taking a look at our Solutions section and using key words to search for where you may find exactly what you need in a guide or a how to video. Please also see the guide Help Portal – How to Guide for further information.
A list of ‘known issues’ for the Game Management System can also be found in this section. You can use this to save time raising a Help Request just by looking through the ‘Known Issues Log’ first. The ‘Known Issues Log’ displays existing issues that have been identified and are currently being worked on, which can be found on the ‘GMS Updates’ page. Where possible, it will also indicate when the fix will be released and any updates on the solution.
For any enhancement or improvement suggestions, we thank you for taking the time to raise this feedback through a help request ticket. These tickets will be logged and will be reviewed monthly with the appropriate working groups for any action or prioritisation. If agreed, these change requests are then logged with our third party software supplier for scoping and action. Once queued for a deployment we will update the 'GMS Updates' page on the 'Help Portal' and provide details within the release notes. If a significant change request is due to be released this will be communicated in advance to the game and the community.
Please note that not all change requests will be implemented but we consistently review all feedback. Your support is greatly appreciated, and we will continue to listen to and review the feedback we receive.
