Please find below the release notes for the GMS deployment that took place on 24th of February.
- Fix to resolve the Course Payment Booking error where messages say ‘Banking error to speak to their banks’
- Update to the Team Management and DBS logic to no longer restrict the view of assigned team/s for role holder if DBS has expired
- Player Management Dashboard widget for 'AG active in previous season yet to affiliate from last season' to only display those under 18 years
- Player Stats (Player Career) for adult players that have previously been selected on an Electronic Match Card will now be able to access some of their playing statistics via their Personal Profile in GMS using the 'Playing Career' widget. This area will continue to be expanded.
- Fix to include ‘Penalties’ in Team Participants report on Org Profile Module
- Updated the wording on the Green What’s next box on individuals dashboard to display ‘Affiliate as a Player’ instead of ‘Affiliate to a club’
- Vouchers now visible on mobiles and error message removed to display vouchers if assigned
- Tax Values corrected on ‘Voucher Purchased Receipts’
- Creation of a widget on Player Management Dashboard for AG that replicated the adult display of ‘Total affiliated players for AG’ on the Players Mgt Module
- 'Re-send Verification Email' to individuals enabled as a function onto the People Module > Emails not verified (under the Missing Data Panel on the Dashboard)
- Guardian relation now appears as 'Missing Parental Link' along with Parents under the Missing Data Panel on the People dashboard. Other Guardian links such as Grandparents/Charge are being reviewed to be added additionally in the future.
- Users e-Learning Safeguarding course now displaying correctly in the Qualification tab in record
- Fix to correct issues with EMC for Midlands Divisions League Sec and National League not being received by SFM and duplicate EMC’s being received
- Resolved issues with users unable to download attachments
- Fix to display active School and Player memberships on Profiles
Note 'has DBS and expiry date', membership 'balance' have been added to display under all the Role grids under Team Management module > Teams > Roles page. Also all the grids and columns have been tidied up across Team Management and Player Management module.
