Club Admin – Reports for Affiliation

A number of new additions to the Reports under the Organisation Profile have been added for the 22/23 season.

Provided you have the relevant role and permission level to access the Organisation Profile module, please see the examples as per below:

• ‘Team Roles DBS Report’ and  ‘Players Registration Card by Club’ – duplicates this report in Player Reg v12 module (NB: Player Image is not currently displayed) 
• Duplicates the Club Training Report (for Coaches) but displays Team Managers/First Aiders and Volunteer role holders assigned to a team under the Team Management Module 
• ‘Teams Player List’ – enables club admin to view a team or multiple teams from the Team Management Module together in one report e.g. selected AG bands or all AG together.  Example provided below.

‘Teams Player List’ Report:

Step 1: Navigate to Organisation Profile Module > Reports and select ‘Teams Player List’ from drop down menu

Step 2: Select the Team/s you wish to run the report for and click ‘Run Report’ (In example below U10 and U11 are selected)

You can save or export this to PDF/Excel as per normal 

Note if the Category and Role Name are blank then the player is not Affiliated or Effectively Registered (where applicable)

NB: This report pulls player records from Playing Squad from the Team Management Module (see the guide on Assigning-players-to-teams if you need to assign players under Team Management Module).
