Why Can I Not See A Player in My Line-up on EMC?

The Electronic Match Card (EMC) function selection logic has been updated to look at ‘Playing Squad’ Players.  'Match Card Administrator' role holders will be able to select players on the EMC from the relevant team's 'Playing Squad' list in 'Team Management'. This refined process of selection in EMC will speed up the process of searching for a player on a Match Card for administrators. 

 

If a player is not showing when searched for whilst entering a line-up, there are two points that need checking:  

• The player has affiliated (or has been effectively registered if required) to the club  

• The player has been assigned to the relevant Playing Squad of the team of the line-up in question, this can be checked in the ‘Team Management’ module in GMS by choosing the relevant team and viewing the ‘Playing Squad’ menu.   

 

Provided you have permission levels 1, 3 or 5 to access Team Management module, you can assign players to the Playing Squad.
