Please find below the release notes for the GMS deployment that was scheduled for deployment on the 6th October 2022:
- Individuals now have the ability to cancel a course over 10 days before the course start date and receive a refund. Please see the guide for further information on this due to be published shortly
- Resolved the error with the first and Last name search not working in Team Management > All Club Players
- Resolved the error message on EMC when accessing 'Away' Team (mobile version)
- New banner prompt when removing a parent from an organisation prompting the user if they wish to remove the linked child from the organisation as well
- Creating new Events now has times available showing for start and end times between 22:30 pm and 06:30 am
- Editing an individuals details from the People module > Everyone grid will default back to the individuals page for any further required edits
- Fix in place to prevent 18 year old's and U18's adding linked parental account to organisations
- Issue with vouchers not being applied to courses when booking or parent booking a course for a child has been resolved
- Logic in place now to prevent individuals from purchasing vouchers in error on England Rugby Training Admin Centre instead of their organisation
- Fix for past Qualifications not being pulled over from the Education tab to the Qualification tab, and the Club Training Reports
- The 'Occupation' field displaying incorrectly as 'Company' has been resolved under Personal Details
- Fix for exporting report freezing when exporting on Player Management module
- 'Amend Kit' edits and unable to 'Archive' Team teams under Team Management errors have been resolved
- Club Safeguarding Reports now displays only assigned teams from the current club for individuals who hold multiple roles at organisations
- The 'Account' > 'Last Login Date' has now been changed to display as 'Last Login Date' for successful logging in date to GMS. Added 'Last Attempted Log in Date' to display date of individuals last attempted and unsuccessful log ins.
- New preset team type available to use for 'Walking Rugby'
- Ability to allow administrators to change their 'from' email address from their default email address on account when sending emails within GMS
