By providing information in your GMS account, you agree the RFU will use your data (including potentially senstive personal data) for the purposes of your involvement in rugby, for regulatory reasons and to send you information by post, email, and SMS.

To update your privacy preferences look under your ‘Communication Preferences’ in your GMS account. You can choose to ‘Opt In or Out’ of the above RFU selected emails and also under ‘Privacy’ for whom has access to your personal information and if your name is displayed on public facing websites such as England Rugby Fixtures and Results pages.
Please see the steps below to update your privacy preferences.
Step 1: Click on your Profile Menu in the top right hand of the screen next to the blue question mark and then select ‘Communication’ from the menu list.
Step 2: Under your ‘Communication Preferences’ in your GMS account simply tick to register your ‘Opt In/Out’ consent.
Under ‘Privacy’ select General Public or Administrators. You will get a blue banner to confirm your selection was updated successfully.
Note: selecting Administrators (not General Public under ‘Privacy’) will withhold your name on your playing profile on England Rugby Fixtures and Results pages such as the example below:
