Please raise a ticket here if you wish to remove and delete an account on GMS and all your associated data. Please be aware that account holders over the age of 13 years old MUST request an account deletion themselves via the ticketing system. To speed up the process when you are raising a ticket for a deletion request, please provide your full name on the account, DOB and RFU ID where possible. You can find your RFU ID by logging on to your GMS account.
Please Note:
- If you find you have a duplicate account on the system, this can be resolved by following the steps of our 'How to merge duplicate accounts' Guide and can be processed either by your club administrator or raising a ticket in our help portal.
