Please find below the release notes for the GMS deployment on 13th December 2022.
This release encompasses a set of changes linked to the focus on supporting club administrators to keep details of people records at their club up to date and relevant:
- Introduction of a multiple row edit sliding panel in the 'Player Management' grid that enables ease of editing key pieces of records across several records using a toggle inside the panel to move between records
- Ability to indicate 'likeliness of completion' questionnaire against each record, indicating where data is currently unable to be sourced, supporting reporting on data completeness
- Eased process to attaching related individual records to an existing individual in a club
- Re-attaching an individual to a club has been eased to support returning players, members and volunteers
- Ability for club administrators to send email verification request from Team Management grids
- Addition of a 'Email Health' widget into the Player Management dashboard to enable improved reporting on data quality and completeness for players
- 'Email Health' status added to 'People' grids
- Fix to update 'Invalid' email health status logic
- Ability for club administrators to add the email verification link into an email using the email builder tool, supporting the process for club administrators to customise the email verification message before distributing to individuals
- Update to function that searches for matching records, enabling an improved matching process and reduction in duplicate creation
- Edit function added to the Player Management grids to align with other grid functions
