The RWC2025 Impact Programme - Facility Fund 23/24 Questionnaire is now open to those clubs who have received an award offer as part of the programme. The questionnaire is located within the Organisation Profile module and through the Questionnaire sub menu.

Who needs to complete the RWC2025 Impact Programme - Facility Fund 23/24 Questionnaire
Clubs who have received an award offer as part of the RWC 2025 Impact Programme – Facility Fund need to complete this as part of their pre-claim condition of award. Only those clubs who are in receipt of an award offer should be able to access this questionnaire.
I submitted my questionnaire but made an error, can I do it again?
Please note that once a questionnaire has been submitted, the club cannot edit or change it. This can only be edited by requesting the questionnaire be reopened. You can do this by logging a ticket on the help portal https://help.rfu.com/support/tickets/new
When do I need to have completed this by?
The questionnaire needs to be submitted, as part of the pre-claim conditions, prior to a club wanting to draw down their funding and no later than the date specified on your Award Agreement
Why does the questionnaire only ask me to confirm the number of ‘marked natural turf pitches with posts at both ends’?
If you have an Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) on your site, this data is already held as part of the World Rugby Regulation 22 testing requirements and as such we already hold accurate data on AGPs.
Why do the RFU need this information?
Recording an accurate baseline of clubs facility provision is a key element of the RFUs commitment to monitoring and evaluating the RWC2025 Impact Programme. There is no existing RFU record of this data set and therefore the Facilities Questionnaire proved to be the most efficient way of capturing this data. The RFU continue to investigate how club facilities data could be integrated within the Platform 4 Rugby moving forwards.
