Retrieving emergency contact details


As the Club Safeguarding Officer (CSO), you should have the relevant permission levels to access the modules in GMS. If you do not, then please contact your club administrator or equivalent.

Go to the 'Modules' icon in the top left and select ‘People’. From here, select ‘Everyone’ from the left-hand side menu, which also has options for ‘Membership List’ and ‘Lapsed Members’.

Once you’ve selected ‘Everyone’, you will be able to see the full list of your club's members. If you know the name of the individual's emergency contact details you’re looking for, you can type their name into the search bar on the right-hand side.

Once you have found the individual, click on their name and you will be taken to their profile page. Here, you can look to the left of the screen and find the ‘Family and Friends’ option. This will show any parents that are registered to the individual’s account. If you carry on scrolling down, you can also see their 'Consent & Waivers'.

You can also click the ‘Relationships’ button, to see any other emergency contact details they have.

Please note, if the parent/emergency contact is not showing, this means the club was never given the information. This should be taken up with your club administrator, as it is important to ensure every child has parental/emergency contact information available.

Please further note, if it says 'Details Hidden' then this individual is not linked to your club so will need to be added. Please see article on how to add people; How to Add People
